Software Engineer

Full-time|Tel Aviv, Israel

A full-time Software Engineer role where you will take ownership of core features across the stack — mainly from backend to frontend — and contribute to the architecture, scalability, and performance of Guardoc's AI-driven healthcare platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own core features end-to-end, from backend to frontend
  • Contribute to architecture, scalability, and performance of our AI platform
  • Work closely with R&D, Product, Clinical, and Data teams
  • Design and implement intelligent, production-grade systems leveraging LLMs, serverless infrastructure, and real-time data

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
  • Proficiency in Python for backend/data/AI systems

Applied AI Engineer

Full-time|Tel Aviv, Israel

A full-time Applied AI Engineer role focused on building and optimizing our LLM-powered clinical compliance engine. You will design, implement, and refine AI systems that analyze clinical documentation, detect compliance issues, and generate actionable insights for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement LLM-based rule engines for clinical compliance detection
  • Build RAG systems and semantic search pipelines for clinical documentation
  • Optimize prompts, fine-tune models, and evaluate AI system performance
  • Collaborate with clinical experts to translate regulatory requirements into AI workflows
  • Monitor and improve AI accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency in production
  • Develop evaluation frameworks and testing strategies for AI outputs

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and modern AI/ML systems
  • Strong Python skills and experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
  • Proven track record of deploying production AI systems at scale
  • Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and model evaluation
  • Understanding of AWS AI services (Bedrock, SageMaker, or similar)

Customer Success Associate

Contract|Remote, United States

A contract Customer Success role for someone with a clinical background who can be the trusted partner for the nurses and auditors using Guardoc every day. You'll onboard post-acute care facilities, translate their clinical workflows into product value, and be the voice of the customer back to our Product and Clinical teams. A nursing background is strongly preferred — you'll be speaking the same language as the people you support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding and ongoing success for skilled nursing facility customers
  • Train nurses, MDS coordinators, and auditors on Guardoc workflows
  • Translate clinical documentation and compliance needs into product feedback
  • Monitor account health, drive adoption, and surface expansion opportunities
  • Partner with Clinical and Product teams to close the feedback loop

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in customer success, clinical education, or a nurse/clinical role
  • Comfort with clinical documentation and post-acute / long-term care workflows
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, remote contract setting

Nice to Have

  • Active or prior RN / LPN licensure or MDS coordinator experience
  • Experience with EHR systems (PointClickCare, MatrixCare, or similar)
  • Prior SaaS or health-tech customer success experience

Sales Consultant (SNF)

Contract|Remote, United States

A contract Sales Consultant role focused on the skilled nursing facility (SNF) and post-acute care market. You will build and own a pipeline of SNF operators and nursing groups, run the full sales cycle, and help facilities understand how Guardoc reduces citations and improves documentation quality. This is a high-ownership role for someone who knows the post-acute space and can sell into it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of skilled nursing facility and post-acute customers
  • Run the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Develop a deep understanding of SNF operations, compliance pressures, and buying processes
  • Deliver product demos and articulate Guardoc's value to clinical and operations leaders
  • Partner with Clinical and Customer Success teams for smooth handoffs

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling into healthcare or SNF/post-acute operators
  • Track record of owning a pipeline and consistently closing deals
  • Understanding of skilled nursing facility operations and regulatory environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and self-management skills

Nice to Have

  • Existing network among SNF operators, nursing groups, or post-acute leadership
  • Experience selling health-tech, EHR, or compliance software
  • Familiarity with value-based care and CMS quality measures
